Luke 22:31 states, “And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat.” There is a sifting going on in the world – a separation. This is also going on in the church world.
In this scripture, Jesus was warning Peter about his future. He wasn’t giving the devil permission to do anything to Peter, He was just warning what was about to come. The Lord is telling us the same thing today. He’s telling us to make some adjustments in our lives, if necessary, so that when Satan comes to sift us, we shall overcome. Peter responded and told Jesus that he was ready, but he wasn’t. He needed to make adjustments in his life and believers need to make changes too, if applicable, to contain the Glory and power of God that is about to come. God is trying to prepare us for His plans to come. This 2-CD message will be a blessing to all who hear it.
