Contending Faith Bible Conference: Season of Acceleration took place in Destin, FL January 27, 28, 29, 2026. During this meeting, Rev. Grier emphasized that the Lord said we are entering a “season of acceleration” in life and ministry, which requires believers to accelerate their personal study and meditation on the Word of God to receive at a higher level. One of the greatest problem in the body of Christ is a lack of meditation. While many people have “confession” down, they fail to think deeply on the Word until they truly believe it. This lack of meditation often leads to a decline in quality of life, even for experienced ministers, because sickness and disease can “outrun” their faith if it is not consistently exercised.
Rev. Grier also preached about the believer’s spiritual authority to change both personal and national circumstances through prayer and declarations. The church has a responsibility to pray for national leaders and to stop demonic strategies manifested as riots, political upheaval, and economic disturbances. He also spoke about the coming move of God involving the “spirit of seeing and knowing,” which will provide supernatural guidance through the revelation gifts.
