Christians have authority over the powers of darkness. That authority is given by the Lord Jesus Christ. However, with that authority comes a requirement that the Christian first be submitted to that authority for it to work on their behalf. Many Christians try to get their spiritual authority to work without submitting to God, and then wonder what is wrong. Then they start questioning if they even have authority over the powers of darkness. They do! But it is conditional, just like everything else in the Kingdom of God. In this series, Rev.
