One of the biggest problems we have in the American church is that ministers have set out to please the people and not God. This has hindered the plan of God for those churches and for our nation. Pleasing man is not what Jesus did. We’re not to copy other people or other ministers, we’re supposed to copy Jesus. We’re supposed to be like Jesus. God is looking for men and women who will set a standard in their community, to uncompromisingly stand for the Word of God and the Holy Ghost. This message will encourage you, no matter what office of the ministry you stand in, to please God and not man.
