Contending Faith Bible Conference: Wisdom From God took place in Pigeon Forge, TN August 20, 21, 22, 2024. During the meeting, Rev. Randall Grier shared several messages straight from Heaven. The seemingly common thread through each service was praying in the spirit.
Praying in the spirit is the doorway to the supernatural. There is a spiritual deadness that has come upon the body of Christ, as the Lord showed Rev. Grier, and people cannot take their place in the spirit like they should. However, praying in the spirit will fix this. The more you yield your tongue to God, the more you’re going to control your flesh and your life. You’re going to become more sensitive to God’s leading. Praying in the spirit positions a person to hear from God, fulfill their destiny, and yield to the Holy Spirit.
Before you walk out the plan of God for your life, you first have to pray it out. There are many who have not walked out God’s plan for them because they haven’t prayed it out. The Lord also emphasized to us how to walk in the perfect will of God, highlighting the need for spiritual sensitivity and obedience. There are many in the body of Christ who are not in God’s perfect will because they don’t take the time to seek it. While many are waiting on God, the truth is that God is waiting on us. Spiritual timing often depends more on the church’s readiness than on God’s timing.
On the last night, we were taught from the Word on how to be used by God. Obedience, pure motives, and dealing with spiritual opposition were emphasized. We were warned about the dangers of a self-centered ministry, the importance of allowing God to correct us, and the need to rely on God directly rather than looking to others for spiritual blessings.
These meetings were a blessing to those in attendance, helping to guide us into God’s plan for our lives and correct us in areas that needed it.
